The program provides curb-to-curb transportation service throughout the combined Grant and Natchitoches Parish area as part of a pilot operated by the Rapides Area Planning Commission. This new, flexible public transportation service provides rides locally and to nearby destinations, but requires a ride reservation be made in advance.
