Code Compliance Office Mission Statement

To provide both residential and commercial citizens of the Kisatchie Delta Region with on-site inspections in an effort to confirm that all components of building construction meet the minimum standards adopted by the Louisiana Uniform Construction Code Council.

Inspections

All Inspections except rough-in and finals
    1/2 day notice required
    Inspections before 12:00 noon, call by 3:00pm the day before
    Inspections after 12:00 noon, call before 9:00am the same day the inspection is needed
    We will work to accommodate emergency situations such as pre-slab inspections with imminent rain
For rough-in, finals, utility connections (water & sewer and Manufactured homes:
    A full 24hr notice is required
Cancellations
    Must be a minimum of 2 hrs before the scheduled inspections.  If an inspector arrives for an inspection,
    and it is not ready, a fail will be given and a fee for re-inspection will be charged
