All downloadable maps are produced on 11"x"17" size paper, for printing, and legibility purposes.  Larger options are available, the standard larger map is size "E" 34"x44".  Currently these are the only two sizes that our GIS department is publishing hard copy maps on.  If you require the larger of the two sizes please allow us a few days to print the maps due to volume and limitations.  

These individual layout maps are first submittals only.  Meaning the layouts are submitted to us from the engineer for approval before the STAR Review date shown.  Between this time, Planning Review, and final plat recordings the layouts may be different.  The information will not change, but the overall layout may be significantly altered in the real world due to circumstances encountered by the engineer.  To counter this problem the final plats are being drawn in our system to reflect the finished and built subdivision.  Also we will be adding a final layout document when they are made available to this website page as further information to help you with what you need.
